JOB SUMMARY
Our Burnaby, BC-based healthcare client is seeking a Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to provide database support, architecture and design services for a data center project. Work will include backfilling for Database Services team members as required.
LOCATION
Burnaby, BC
DURATION
January 21, 2013 to March 31, 2013 with possible 1-year extension
· Build and Administration of Oracle 9i/10g/11g Databases
· Performance Tuning, Patching, Upgrades & cloning
· Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Skills
· Multi-tier systems on Solaris, AIX and Linux
· RMAN, Dataguard, Streams, GoldenGate, ASM and RAC experience
MANDATORY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· 10 or more years of Oracle Database Administration Experience
· Oracle DBA certification
· Oracle Enterprise Manager (12c) Experience
· Weblogic Experience
