Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join their Acute Care program delivery team.

Duration: April 1-October 31, 2013, with possible extension until March 31, 2014

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Reports to, and takes direction from, either the Project Manager or Team Manager as appropriate

·         Works with other members of the project team to clarify requirements

·         Designs solutions for interfaces, reports, data conversions and history viewer using defined requirements

·         Communicates designs to technical team

·         Communicates with the users, BA’s and technical teams to ensure solutions is meeting requirements

·         Identifies non-functional design elements

·         Collects desktop information from the sites

·         Creates various plans

·         Identifies issues and risks

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

·         Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Systems Analysis

·         Health Level 7 International Training

·         3 years of experience translating business requirements to operational designs of technical solutions

·         3 years of experience designing interfaces, data conversions and reports, one year of which in an acute care, ADT setting

·         3 years of experience in data modeling techniques

·         One year of experience with designing enterprise level ID solutions in an acute care setting
